Purified Water through Reverse Osmosis
Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) water treatment is a water purification technology that uses semipermeable membranes to separate water from water impurities. The process removes bacteria, ions, molecules, salts, sugars, and other dissolved organic and inorganic contaminants, resulting to Purified Water product. Water that is processed by Reverse Osmosis is considered the highest quality Purified Water. The reason for this is no other elements will be present in the product water, other than water molecules (pure H2O). This water treatment technology is ideally suited for use where stringent water quality standards are required.
Water Tech Philippines offers a multitude of pre-engineered Reverse Osmosis Systems. We also offer custom-engineered Industrial Reverse Osmosis Systems fit for your Industrial needs. Our Reverse Osmosis Systems have capacities ranging from 3,000 GPD to 120,000 GPD. Water Tech Philippines Reverse Osmosis Systems may be customized to allow 24/7 operation.
High Efficiency, Low Maintenance Guaranteed
Our Reverse Osmosis Systems operate on high efficiency and low maintenance resulting to the best return on investment for your businesses. Water recovery rates depend on the quality of in-take water. For brackish water, typical Reverse Osmosis recovery rate is 60% of the in-take water. For Seawater Desalination, recovery rate of the in-take water would range from 40% up to 60%, depending on the salinity level of the water and the sophistication of pre-treatment involved. Additionally, reject water may be re-processed into a second phase Reverse Osmosis (2-phase system) for higher water recovery rates. Salt rejection rate for ground water, brackish water, and seawater stands at 96% up to 99%.
We pride ourselves on offering superior quality Reverse Osmosis Systems that come with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). These PLCs allow for fully-automated and easy operation of our R.O. systems. We also offer Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems for convenient maintenance and rehabilitation of Industrial Reverse Osmosis Systems. CIP systems extends membrane life by preventing fouling of the membranes. This amounts to added value to that reduces operating expense and preserves membranes indefinitely.
